Cancelation Policy

A booking fee is required to secure your booking. If you are to cancel your appointment at any time, the fee remains non-refundable and non-transferable. ⠀ If you are to cancel your appointment anytime within 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of $30 will apply. This fee is non-transferable. If you are to cancel your booking within an hour of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. If you cancel within 1 hour, or you are more than 15 minutes late, or miss the appointment completely, you will be charged the full amount (exceptions only apply to serious emergencies that can be proven).
