Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you provide us with notice as soon as possible. The deposit paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. Our Policy: Any cancellations of appointments will result in the loss of the full amount of the deposit paid. -In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. - Any cancellations that occur within 5 days of the appointment will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. - Cancellations without notice (no-shows) or within 24hrs of the appointment will be charged the full amount of the appointment.Â
